Absolutely! Just contact us within one week after your service visit and we will return at no cost to you, to re-clean any areas that are unsatisfactory. Every        service visit includes a "walk through" before and after cleaning to inspect your carpeted areas and to ensure your satisfaction with our work. Fosters guarntees that your carpets will be cleaned. *Carpets that are old, stained, or worn will not look new after service.
